Delivery, Goods Not Received, Returns & Replacement

Delivery

All orders are shipped from our Manitoba office  and we offer a range of delivery options at checkout. If you have chosen a tracked service, the tracking number will be sent to you in a separate email.
If you order before 2 p.m.  Monday- Friday, your order will be shipped the same day. (Holidays and weekends excluded.)

All orders over $75.00 will be upgraded to expedited, trackable mail!

Delivery Times: All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Standard non trackable mail is typically delivered in 5-10 business days. Trackable, expedited mail is typically 3-5 business days.  Delivery times may vary depending on where you live in Canada, may be affected by statutory holidays and busy holiday seasons. We do our best to ship orders quickly but once your order is in the hands of Canada Post, we have no control over the delivery process.

Goods Not Received

Goods not received ( lost in mail) will be handled by these guidelines:

Notify us within 30 days (by email) to recieve full replacement of original item. Substituitions may be made if item or colour is no longer available.

Notify us 30-60 days (by email) to receive a discount code for 50% off any order.

Notify us 60 days or more (by email) , receive a discount code for 25% off any order.

In the event an order is returned to us as non-deliverable, we will attempt contact by email address associated with the order. If we get no reply, we will attempt contact by phone number associated with the order. If we do not hear from you within 6 months of order being placed, it is considered non deliverable. We will not issue a refund for any non-deliverable order until we have had contact from the customer and can confirm that email address associated with the order is correct.

Hassle-free returns policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any product*†  just notify us within 5 days of receipt of the item and let us know the reason for the return.  Products must be unused, in sale-able condition and in original shipping packaging if possible. Proof of purchase – your purchase receipt is required.  Shipping is non-refundable.

*This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.

Replacement

We want to ensure that chewers have a great Chewigem experience. If the Chewigem that you ordered fails in a timeframe that seems unreasonable to you, please contact us!!  Different chewing styles require different Chewigems – we’ll work with you to determine the best Chewigem for your unique chewing style and send you a replacement for the one that wasn’t quite right!  Connect with us at hicanada@chewigem.ca

Faulty or Damaged goods

We do our best to make sure that everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t we are here to help. You can reach us at 1 (204) 792-6878 or email   hicanada@chewigem.ca.

Get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt of the goods  and you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement or full refund. From 15 days after receipt of the goods until 6 months, we will arrange for a repair or replacement of the goods. After the first twelve months from receipt of the goods you may be offered a partial refund, repair or replacement  depending on the product and usage. You agree to return the goods – once received we will refund you the cost of return shipping to us –  providing the product/s have been used in accordance with all necessary instructions.

Where possible, damage in transit should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, by contacting us.
